HOW TO ORDER:

       To order,  decide what parts you require and then contact  us to order. We currently accept orders via email, fax and snail mail.  Contact us and we will reply with complete details on total cost and information requirements for further processing of the order.  Please include the following in all correspondence:

Name
Address
City, Province
Postal Code
Phone Number
Description of problem or part
Part # and Price (if available)

To minimize overhead, and reduce end consumer costs, we are no longer accepting orders over the phone. We are currently re-designing this site to add a shopping cart funtion. Estimated time until completion: SEPT 2008.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:

PalmMedic Canada offers a number of different ways in which you can make a payment. 

Our preferred method of payment is via charge card.  We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.  Currently, the fastest and most secure way is to supply us with your charge card information over the phone. Email us your contact information and we will get back to you the next day between 12-2PM EST, to get your charge card information. You can fax us your charge card information at 613 829 7860. You can also supply us with your credit card information split over two e-mails for security sake.  In addition, you have the option of paying via PayPal* (www.paypal.com) with your charge card.

*If paying through PayPal please ask us to send you a PayPal invoice.  All payments made through PayPal are in USD. 

We also accept postal money orders.  Please make them payable to ‘PalmMedic Canada' and send it to the address on our contact page.  We also accept PO #'s from Governments and Companies.

Palmmedic Canada Ships via the following methods:

CANADIAN SHIPPING:

1)      Shipping within Canada will be via CanadaPost Xpresspost (1-2 days depending where you reside in Canada). Xpresspost is the most economical, reliable, fastest and yet insurable way to send things in Canada. The cost is a flat rate  $12.00 CAD anywhere in Canada.

2)      For a flat rate of $5.00cdn anywhere in Canada, we will ship your small order, that will fit into a small padded envelope and is not easily breakable (ie: flip top, battery, stylus, ect). Your order will NOT be tracked nor registered by the post office and will go regular mail.*

We will ship within 1 business day of receiving payment 95% of the time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

USA Shipping:

1)  Shipping will be via Canada Post Airmail USA Xpresspost (4-6 days NOT guaranteed).  For items that are larger or easily breakable (ie: glass top, LCD, motherboard, etc) and can fit into a small box (6in x 6in x 6in) shipping & handling is $20.00CAD and must be sent this way. For orders that are larger than this please contact us for a quote. Your order will be tracked, registered & insured.

2)  Shipping will be via Canada Post Airmail USA registered post. If the item you order is not easily breakable (ie: flip top, battery, stylus, etc) and can fit into a small padded envelope, shipping is $15.00CAD.  Your order will be tracked, registered & insured.

3)  All orders shipped via Canada Post Airmail USA regular mail to the USA that can fit in a small padded envelope and is not easily breakable (ie: flip top, battery, stylus, ect)  will cost $5.00 CAD.  Your order will NOT be tracked nor registered by the post office and will go regular mail.**

For ALL other International Shipping  there are three options:

1)  Shipping will be via Canada Post Airmail International Xpresspost (5-10 days NOT guaranteed).  For items that are larger or easily breakable (ie: glass top, LCD, motherboard, etc) and can fit into a small box (6in x 6in x 6in) shipping & handling is $55.00CAD and must be sent this way. For orders that are larger than this please contact us for a quote. Your order will be tracked, registered & insured.

2)  Shipping will be via Canada Post Airmail International registered post. If the item you order is not easily breakable (ie: flip top, battery, stylus, etc) and can fit into a small padded envelope, shipping is $20.00CAD.  Your order will be tracked and registered.

3) All orders shipped via Canada Post Airmail  mail to the anywhere in the world that can fit in a small padded envelope and is not easily breakable (ie: flip top, battery, stylus, ect)  will cost $7.00 CAD.  Your order will NOT be tracked nor registered by the post office and will go regular mail.**
